PAYMENT

– To validate your inscription and to confirm your booking at Dreamsea Uluwatu, the total amount or 50% deposit payment of the required services must be paid.

– You can find all the bank details in the email validation, which we will send you by e-mail once you fill in the form on our website.

– The booking will be considered valid when the required amount has been transferred to our bank account, and you have received a confirmation e-mail with the booking details.

CONDITIONS

All personal details are compulsory on the registration form.

– The participants’ minimum age is 18 years old.

– Our place is located in an outstanding place, on a cliff in front of the ocean in Uluwatu, with wild animals such as monkeys. This privileged location allows you to have the best views from your room, but the access to the cliffs is challenging and through steep steps. Therefore, it’s not suitable for everybody. If you have knee problems or you think the steeps steps would be an issue for you, maybe we can recommend a more suitable place for you.

– Even when our rooms, design and service don’t have anything to envy, we are not a 5-star hotel. We are a unique experience, a place where you can relax and be yourself: take your shoes off and start living gracefully with nature, fulfilling & connecting your life with the surroundings; nature, surf, energy, friendship & love.

– We wanted to keep the Balinese traditional construction, therefore, the walls are made out of bamboo and that makes the rooms not totally isolated. Please, be respectful of the rest and privacy of your neighbours. Our beautiful accommodation is totally melted with the environment and in an astonishing location: hanging literally from the cliffs in front of the ocean and some steps away from a semi-private beach.

– Dreamsea surf camp reserves the right to make modifications, but only if these modifications do not change the essential services or due to unexpected and uncontrollable situations.

– Booking variations depend on availability. You will receive a booking modification once the surcharge is
paid. In case the weekly price increase or decreases, the difference must be paid respectively from one part or another.

– Images of your stay at Dreamsea surf camp are only used for publicity or promotional purposes as website, flyers, brochures, etc.

– Customers must be physically fit and capable to swim. The client confirms that from a medical point of view, there is nothing that prevents him/her from going surfing or bodyboarding. We require that you communicate to us any relevant medical aspects: allergies, disabilities, medical incapacities, etc.

– The transfer service is subject to availability. We recommend you ask for this service when you fill out the online booking form or as soon as possible. The transfer price will be paid together with the booking. It’s the responsibility of the guest to send the arrival and flight number at least 2 days before arrival.

– Each customer is responsible for the Dream surf camp equipment during its use and accepts the responsibility to replace it in case of loss or serious damage by inappropriate use of it. The customer has to pay the lost or damaged equipment which automatically becomes the customer’s property.

CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation will be valid the day we receive it.

– We will refund you 100% of the total paid amount when the cancellation occurs 2 weeks or more prior to arrival day.

– Within less than two weeks prior to arrival, we do not refund. We recommend you contact your personal travel insurance.

– Dreamsea Cancellation: You can contact our insurance for 5€ per night reserved. Our insurance covers cancellations up to the arrival date. In case of a cancellation during the stay, it will only cover if it is due to a major cause such as illness, accident, or injury. The insurance will not cover transfer services for cancellations less than 2 weeks in advance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Dreamsea surf camp does not accept any responsibilities or any refunds in the following circumstances.

– When the client is responsible for the incorrect delivery of the services.

– When the defective services are due to third parties or they occur in an unpredictable manner.

– When the services cannot be provided, due to conditions beyond the control of the company. These are unusual and unpredictable conditions which could result in unexpected consequences such as natural disasters or meteorological aspects etc.

– When the incorrect delivery of the services is caused by happenings at Dreamsea surf camp, even though all the diligence are taken, but they still could neither be predicted nor prevented.

– When any happening could occur before and after the course hours.

– Clients have to listen to the instructions of our staff and to follow Dreamsea surf camp regulations. In case of not doing so and behaving irresponsibly, the company will take the necessary measures, prior notification, such as the exclusion of the courses.

INSURANCE

For medical assistance during your stay at Dreamsea surf camp, each client ought to have:

– Medical card and insurance (or)

– Contract your personal travel insurance

COUNTRY OF JURISDICTION: SPAIN

By paying for the services at the camp you automatically accept the previous Terms and Conditions.
