Offshore Surf cannot give refunds in the event of bad weather or conditions not fit for surfing.
The guest agrees that they are in good health and fit for surfing, and have told Offshore Surf staff about any medical situations they have before taking part in surfing.
Offshore Surf cannot offer refunds should guests or staff members become ill but will do the best they can to offer alternative activities or instructors.
Offshore Surf cannot offer refunds should the guest wish to change their plans or dates.
Offshore Surf packages cannot be shared by more than the number of persons booked.
Guests are responsible for taking care of their health when at Offshore Surf and should have their own comprehensive surfing Travel Insurance for the entire period of their stay. It is the guests‘ responsibility to avoid sunstroke by drinking plenty of bottled water, wearing sun-cream, hats and sunglasses. It is not advised to drink tap water in Morocco.
Guests agree that it is their responsibility and not Offshore Surf’s, to take care of their belongings at all times. We recommend keeping valuables in the Offshore Surf.
Any activities, meals or accommodation booked with Offshore Surf must be paid for on arrival. In the event the guest cannot pay on time there may be an additional fee decided by Offshore Surf for late payments.
If a guest acts in an irresponsible/unkind way, Offshore Surf have the right to ask them to leave immediately. In this event, it is the decision of Offshore Surf if a refund may be given or not.
Should guests break equipment they must pay the full amount for a replacement of that item/items. This will be chosen by the Offshore Surf manager.
Guests must listen carefully to the instruction of the surf coaches for their own safety.
Guests accept that accidents happen when surfing as it is a dangerous sport.
Guests must be able to swim 50 meters to surf.
Offshore Surf has the right to change your accommodation at any time or for the duration of your stay. This will be of equal standard or higher, chosen by Offshore Surf as suitable accommodation. Offshore Surf will try our best to inform you of any changes to your accommodation prior to your arrival, however we do not need to.
