If you need to cancel your reservation more than 2 weeks prior to the camp start date, a 50% cancellation fee of your deposit will be charged. If you need to cancel your reservation within a week day or less prior to the camp start date, a 75% cancellation fee of your deposit will be charged.

No exceptions to Cancellation Policy
There is no exception to cancellation policy including weather or personal emergencies, flight cancellations.
