1. Conditions of participation
You state that medically there are no objections to your carrying out
surfing. Everyone may participate under following requirements:
able to swim, sportive and physical healthy.

2. Conclusion of a travel contract
The registration by the participant is obligatory. It will be carried out
also for all in the registration specified participants. The registering
person accounts for their duties as well as for his own. The contract
comes off with the confirmation.

3. Changes of the achievements
We expressively reserve the right to make changes in the achieve ments specification in case of essentially entitled, substantial and not
foreseeable reasons.

4. Resignation by the customer
The customer may withdraw at any time before start of the journey.
Once the customer does participate on the course and leaves before
the finish of the booked journey – Zopilote surfcamp will charge for
the complete duration of the booked time. It is your responsibility to
check the current travel conditions before departure to Costa Rica.

5. Reservation
Upon making a booking at Zopilote Surf Camp you agree to pay a
deposit of Euro 200 / person of your booking. Upon arrival at the
surf camp you are responsible to pay the remaining value of your
booking. This payment is to be done in cash.
You may cancel your booking up to 60 days and get back your deposit minus 20 Euro handling fee. If you cancel your booking less than
60 days in advance or in the event of a no-show you can not claim
you deposit back. Your non-arrival by the agreed date will result in
the cancellation of your entire reservation.

6. Liability
We are responsible for a conscientious preparation
and execution of our camp program. All participants
are responsible for themselves and their insurance.
Zopilote surfcamp is not liable for any damage and
injuries. We recommend a private insurance (health
travel insurance,…) during your journey.
Every participant has to pay for damages done to our
surfcamp belongings, e.g. snapping a surf board. We
have the right to throw out any misbehaving participant.
By accepting these booking conditions you confirm
that you are of sufficient legal age to use this web site
and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this web
site. You also agree to indemnify and hold Zopilote
Surf Camp harmless from any loss, liability, claim or
demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made
by any third party due to or arising out of your use of
the web site.

7. Jurisdiction
It is agreed Bregenz, Austria as mutually place of jurisdiction.
