Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations must be received in writing by email.
Cancelled bookings will be subject to penalties as set out below:

Low season
• up to 30 days prior to arrival no penalty will be charged
• from 29 to 15 days before arrival the deposit will be retained and an additional penalty of 30% of the entire package booked will be applied
• from 15 days to 7 days before the arrival date the deposit will be retained and an additional penalty of 50% of the entire package booked will be applied
• from 7 to 0 days before the arrival date a penalty equal to 100% of the entire package booked will be charged

High season
• up to 60 days before the arrival date no cancellation fee will be charged
• from 59 to 40 days prior to arrival the deposit will be retained and an additional penalty of 30% of the entire package booked will be charged
• from 39 days up to 20 days before the arrival date the deposit will be retained and an additional penalty of 50% of the entire package booked will be charged
• from 19 to 0 days before the arrival date a penalty of 100% of the entire package booked will be charged

In case of „no show“ or early departure a penalty equal to 100% of the entire package will be charged. Early departures will be charged for the entire package booked.

Check-in from 5 pm to 11 pm, Check-out 10 am

Please note that on site YOU CANNOT PAY BY CREDIT CARD OR BANCOMAT, BUT ONLY IN CASH and please note that check in will be available at 5 pm. When you arrive, feel free to call us at 3801839440. Please use only and exclusively this number listed.

Please note that lunches are not included in the price. It will still be possible to eat them in our common area, but we will not provide kitchen and dishes. On the ground floor of the facility you will find a refrigerator and a sideboard.

It is strictly forbidden to cook in the rooms!

These packages include breakfast every morning, bed linens and towels (please, bring an extra one with you for the course), wi-fi, a cozy common area, surf lessons with gear during the course and transfer to the spots.

In case of particular sea conditions, there may be two lessons on the same day or you could have your first lesson on your very first day.

We offer a 5 dinner package too from sunday ‚till thursday for € 100,00 a person: every dinner include two delicious and wealthy dishes from the Sardinian cuisine; our fresh products come from Buggerru or the surroundings.  Our standard menu includes meat and fish and we are very glad to prepare vegan or vegetarian alternatives. It’s a nice opportunity to stay all together!

It is not possible to buy individual dinners!
